Global Islami Bank formally opened its thirteen sub-branches at different regions of the country on 09 September 2021. Among them four sub-branches at Namapara, Mirpur Chiriakhana Road, Ghatarchar and Gomail Banglabazar of Dhaka, two at Baya Mor and Darusa Bazar of Rajshahi, two at Ekdanta and Hazirhat of Pabna, one each at Kanaksar of Munshiganj, Uposhahar of Jashore, Mohammad Nagar of Khulna, M A Jalil of Barishal and Ranihati of Chapainawabganj. Syed Habib Hasnat, Managing Director of the Bank has virtually inaugurated the operation of the sub-branches as Chief Guest. Additional Managing Directors Md. Golam Sarwar and Kazi Mashiur Rahman Jayhad, Deputy Managing Director Ataus Samad, Divisional Heads from Head Office, Branch Managers, sub-branch in-charges and distinguished clients were also present on the occasion.
It was expected that through the latest technological support, the bank will provide quality service to the customers & will expand its network at home & abroad to provide “Banking with Faith” to its stakeholders.
